Looking for greener acres...In 2003, after we decided that alpacas were something we needed to own and see outside our windows every day, we continued researching and started looking for some acreage. We purchased 4 huacaya females in 2004, and 23 acres which will eventually become our home. Since then the herd has grown to 6, and our future home site has clearings and green pasture.
Meanwhile, the herd is happily boarded at Trilogy Alpacas near Greenville, and Alpaca-Atlantice of Tennessee. We're excited to have learned so much from both farms, and look forward to the time when we, the pets, and pacas will all be settled at the new place.
