The response and the excitement at the Annual Meeting is building for our 3rd Annual Show in February. To date all the major areas have been recruited and volunteers are beginning to sign up in specific categories. We have created a new manager position, the Arena Manager, which is Ed Ungemach. He is planning on specific trainings, set up regionally for Color Check, Scribe, Handler, Ring Steward and Gate Steward.

A new feature that we will be offering is Bio-Security at Check In. Alan Rosenbloom and Joe Picariello will be in charge of Check-In, Deb Whitley will be in charge of Concierge Check-In for the Diamond & Sapphire Sponsors. Specific trainings will take place on procedures for the bio security aspect and additional ways to expedite check in overall.

New areas where people can be involved is as clerks at check-in, parking lot greeters where people will direct trailers to the correct entrance and make sure they have their papers for check-in ready for when it is their turn.

Another new area is Youth Involvement and Megan McCarthy has agreed to handle this area and develop a T-shirt contest and youth and children's activities throughout the weekend. If you have an interest in working with children and youth this is an area you will surely want to sign up for.
