Abalone is a beautiful huacaya female with excellent conformation and loads of crimpy light fawn to medium fawn fiber down to her toes, including the inside and outside of her stovepipe legs. Abalone was 2nd place winner in fiber at the 2005 Palmetto Alpaca Classic and 3rd in halter. It was her first time off the farm and in the ring... she was a little nervous, as was her owner.

Abalone has just given birth to her first cria with no problems whatsoever and is a very attentive mother with lots of milk. She was bred to Dom Lucilio and the offspring is awesome. She is a pleasure to work with as well as watch frolick in the pasture. If you are looking for a top of the line female to give you many show quality animals, this girl will do the job for you.
